Tokyo, Japan Four-Day Export Decommission
Project Summary: Tokyo, Japan- Project Summary: Captured make + model on 1,200 assets, packed, & shipped via bonded freight in four days.
Our Tokyo crew executed a floor-clear directive covering 1,200 mixed-vendor assets. Each chassis was RFID-scanned at the rack face to capture make, model, and serial; data fed directly into a CSV ledger for the client’s CMDB. After PSU discharge, technicians fitted antistatic caps, detached cable looms, and mounted hardware in CNC-cut EPE foam inserts inside ATA-rated crates. A bar-coded seal on every crate tied physical inventory to the custody log. Export documentation—commercial invoice, HS codes, and ECCN statements—was generated concurrently and attached to the bonded-freight booking. All freight pallets cleared the dock on Day 4, equipped with GPS beacons transmitting every 15 minutes until arrival at the regional consolidation hub. No deviation alarms triggered, and the landlord acknowledged a clean hand-off upon tile inspection.
